Please be advised orders may take 1-3 business days to process and ship, all products are inspected before shipment. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only.  All orders placed after 11:00 am EST will be processed the following business day.  In the event, you need urgent shipping  please contact us, so we can arrange express or overnight shipping. Actual delivery timeframes may vary from region to region.

UPDATE COVID-19/HOLIDAY TIMES: Due to the impact of the current pandemic and the mandates in place, your order can be delayed. Please expect 4-7 days for ISPS shipping. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates. We ask for your understanding during this time. Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:

  • We only ship during the business week Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.

  • Shipping carrier outside the United States:  UPS international mail 7-14 business days .

  • Shipping carrier inside the United States: USPS first class 3-5 business days.

  • Please contact us if your shipping to a place of business and or a hotel.

1. How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page, Free shipping on 40$+ orders.

2. Can I track my order?

We rely on USPS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Once your product has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information, please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received an email within the processing and shipping times or contact us. 


3. Delivery issues/missing or stolen packages?

During the season and high peak times, shipping delays may occur, please take into consideration before placing your order. For missing packages, please contact us to file a claim with your tracking number. Please note we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages. Please review your shipping address, in the event you entered the incorrect shipping address we will not be responsible for your missing package.
